How we work:

The Consultation.

  • To begin, we organise a free initial consultation to understand your goals, needs, timeline, budget, & current setup. Please click here to book.
  • After which, we create a Proposal based on your needs generally containing a Proposed System Architecture, Website Prototype, Digital Strategy, Competitor Analysis, & different Pricing Packages.
  • Have another meeting to review and discuss the proposal. If required, we will alter and iterate any part of the proposal to match your needs and preferences – we pride ourselves on flexibility.
  • When fully satisfied, we begin our work.

The Development.

  • Depending on your needs our team creates a plan and schedule of deliverables based on your agreed timeline and KPIs.
  • We will give you updates on deliverables and progress on a weekly basis.
  • Once the project is complete, we schedule a review meeting to ensure you are completely satisfied and to decide on any changes or iterations.
  • When fully satisfied, we will launch your site and begin our marketing campaign.

The Management.

  • For Website Maintenance and Management; we provide; dedicated server hosting, updates, security, uptime, basic SEO, and the general health of your site. We will also update and iterate your website as agreed upon.
  • For Digital Marketing Management; constant SEO & Google Analytics monitoring to make sure your web presence is as strong as possible. Through continued strategic planning, trend and competitor analysis you can rest assured that you are achieving your marketing goals.
  • For Social Media Management; the creation and posting of regular high-quality content on various social media platforms to grow your online following.
